Lianyungang Shengfan Quartz now provides reliable large-diameter fused silica furnace tubes, tailored for high-capacity tube furnaces, material sintering, semiconductor thermal diffusion, photovoltaic production and industrial continuous high-temperature treatment.
These large-size furnace tubes are produced from high-purity JGS2 fused silica. Benefiting from its ultra-low thermal expansion property, the material features superior thermal shock resistance and stable performance under long-term high-temperature operation. The continuous working temperature can reach 1100°C. With excellent chemical inertness, the quartz tube resists most acids and avoids outgassing or impurity precipitation, effectively preventing contamination of materials inside the furnace.
We support customized outer diameter, wall thickness, overall length, flange connections, side openings and end surface treatment. Fire polishing and precision machining are available to meet strict sealing requirements. Each finished tube undergoes thorough quality inspection to check for bubbles, inclusions, surface scratches and dimensional tolerances, ensuring straightness and roundness for stable installation and extended service life.
